This passage explains it all and also explains that if you are troubled about anything give it to God and he will guard your heart and mind. This show me that God wants a personal relationship with me and that he cares about me and what I'm going through in life. Yes, God does know everything but he still wants to hear from you.

In Luke 11:1-4 NIV, Jesus teaches us how to pray to God. It's a small yet sweet prayer. With hints of what is important for us to do.

One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he finished, one of his disciples said to him, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” He said to them, “When you pray, say: “ ‘Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.’ ”

For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.) Asking God for help is just as important as asking others in the faith for help or advice.

• Four Forgiveness (Colossians 3:13: "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.") We must forgive those who have wrong us so that we can be forgiven if we don't then how can we expect for God to forgive us? Let's not be like the wicked servant.

• Fee away from temptations (Matthew 26:41: "Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.") The evil one, the wicked people and even your own evil desires will lead you to temptations. Prayer is a tool against it and so is the scriptures.

Prayer for me is a way to show God how much I love and adore him. It's a way for me to humble out and express the things that trouble my soul and mind. Away to break me free of those things and a way that allow me to grow in my faith. To clingy on to Christ my Lord.

I will go on forever prayer and worship Christ because he is the one who showed me the value of life and he is the one who saved me when no one else could or even would.

I know that difficult times will come and go but God does love you and every trial and challenge ahead of you is not to harm you but give you hope and a future through Christ our Lord
